At WishMe, each product is made especially for you as soon as you place your order. That’s why our delivery times and return policy are a bit different from those of a traditional store—but they’re designed to offer you clarity, security, and confidence with every purchase.

SHIPPING
1. Made-to-order products
All our products are made through Printful®, a print-on-demand and fulfillment service provider. This means we do not handle pre-made inventory. Every item is printed, packed, and shipped just for you.

2. Production time
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters the production process.
Estimated production time is 2 to 7 business days depending on the type of product, design, season, and workload at the fulfillment center.
This time is separate from shipping and cannot be expedited.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond WishMe's control, such as customs, weather, logistics delays, or high-demand periods. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Shipping zones and availability
We ship to almost every country, except for a few with logistical, political, or health restrictions.
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us.

5. Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We recommend checking your "Promotions" or "Spam" folders if you don’t see it in your main inbox.

6. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
WishMe is not responsible for undelivered orders for this reason.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. General policy
Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons such as:

2. Replacement or refund for defect, damage, or error
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Once we review the case, we’ll offer you a free replacement or, if applicable, a full or partial refund.

3. Cases where returns or refunds do not apply:

Customized items that were printed correctly according to your request

CUSTOMS POLICY & INTERNATIONAL FEES
For international orders outside Mexico, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
WishMe reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time.
Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
We recommend reviewing it before placing a new order.
