1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
WishMe is an online store offering clothing, accessories, and personalized products made on demand. We use Printful®’s printing and shipping service to produce and deliver your orders. All our products are made to order—this means that once you make a purchase, the printing, packing, and shipping process begins.

2. USE OF THE SITE
By using our site, you declare that you are at least the legal age in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from your legal guardian. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. We use secure payment providers like Stripe to process transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or any other justified reason.

4. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Once your order is confirmed, it enters production via Printful. Production times usually take between 2 and 7 business days. Orders are shipped from Printful’s fulfillment centers around the world, and delivery times vary depending on the final destination.

Important: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. WishMe has no control over the rates shown.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products (made on demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal decisions (such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preferences). However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you have up to 30 calendar days from delivery to contact us and request a replacement or refund, providing photographic evidence.

WishMe is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply.

All products, prices, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. In the case of typographical errors in pricing, we may cancel orders placed under incorrect information.
